JONATHAN M. FRANTZ, MD, FACS

I’m Dr. Jonathan Frantz, and I have lived and worked in Southwest Florida for over 35 years. My life’s work combines extensive surgical experience, dedication to quality patient care, and an outstanding educational background to provide the citizens of Southwest Florida with the latest technical advances in the field of ophthalmology. I am a board-certified ophthalmologist, a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Our esteemed team of medical professionals is made up of 7 highly skilled surgeons, 11 optometrists, and 2 physician assistant staff members. We have 7 locations in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte Counties, with two surgery centers located in Fort Myers and Naples.

The Frantz EyeCare Team is dedicated to providing the most compassionate and technically advanced care in laser cataract surgery with enhancement lenses, laser vision correction surgery (LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, PRK & RLE), the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases of the retina, cornea, and glaucoma, as well as comprehensive eye care and oculoplastic and cosmetic surgery. I am proud to say that we are physician owned and led, and we happily serve Southwest Florida with a “Patients FIRST” approach to care!
